Development Finance

  • Development Finance available to both seasoned and new developers.

  • 70% toward acquisition and 100% of construction costs typically provided. 

  • Arrangement fee 2% with annual rates ranging from 5% - 15%, depending on leverage, scheme and experience. 

  • Exit fees may apply and are typically between 1% - 2% of the loan.

  • 70% LTGDV and 90% LTC often achievable.

Mezzanine Finance

  • A "top up loan" by way of 2nd charge 

  • A great way of maximising your leverage.

  • The blended rate of Senior and Mezzanine debt can often prove more favourable than that of stretch senior facilities.
